On November 17th, the Village Board unanimously approved a second COVID‐19 Relief Package to assist residents with their water / garbage bills. On December 1st, you will receive an additional one‐time $200 credit on your utility billing account.
The credit will first be applied to any past due balance owed as of December 1st and then to charges billed to your account on or after December 1st until the credit is used in full or the account is closed. The credit is non‐refundable and non‐transferrable.
Together, the credits issued on May 1st and December 1st will have provided each household with $400 of utility bill assistance. The Village is fortunate to be in a position to provide this assistance to help ease any financial burden you may be facing, especially as we begin the holiday season.
