The Woods of Terra Springs

The Woods of Terra Springs is a proposed multi-family residential development located on Hartigan Road at Terra Springs Drive.  The proposed development includes 240 rental units in 11 buildings, a clubhouse, and parking facilities.

Cunat Inc. has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) in connection with the proposed development.  Cunat is the owner and developer of the property.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Big Hollow Middle School (26051 W. Nippersink Road, Ingleside, IL 60041).

All interested parties are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.  In addition, written comments may be submitted to Village Hall (500 S. Fish Lake Road, Volo, IL 60073) or here.  All comments received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 will be distributed to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
